The science of mask effectiveness in anything but settled, to say the least. What is settled is that masks are extremely unhealthy to wear long-term, and even short term. Oxygen deprivation, material contamination, CO2 inhalation, re-circulating virus and bacteria back into your lungs -- forget it, no way. If masks are mandatory there will be such an uproar. MCPS can throw me in jail for not sending my kids to school before I would force them to wear masks all day.[/quote]
