My psychiatrist told me not to be anxious about it, so.....[/quote] So... how's it working out for you? Are you able to move on, or does it fester in your head? I get that the anxiety is due to a lack of feeling in control. What are you doing to remedy that and accept that the world/life is not able to be controlled?[/quote]
