[/quote] The reason the post is foolish is that no matter how many choices of cereal the cafeteria offers, the total amount of cereal consumption will likely remain the same. It really doesn't cost any more to offer a large assortment of cereal. Instead, if you noted that cafeterias are serving more expensive, "gourmet" foods, that would actually drive up costs.[/quote]
