Which is exactly why he should announce that.  Delaying it only means there are SOME people who really do think school will open next week and will be crushed when it does not.

That’s so a true. As adult, we know we’re not going back but I was sort of surprised when my son told me his friends were so excited to go back to school in a couple of weeks. We’ve been preparing our kids for not going back but not all parents are and I feel bad for the kids for thinking they’ll see their friends at school soon. [/quote]

My kids are young and they believe we are still going back. I am not 100% sure of anything. You cannot be either. I choose to take this day by day. As does the governor. My kids are happy and healthy and thriving. You parent your way and I’ll parent mine.[/quote]
