They should require you use your school login to join videoconferencing (so your real name appears), and the teacher to let each person into the room.

MCPS did this from the start. It's a configuration option. Why did FCPS not think to do the same thing. This is basic IT stuff, and with numerous articles about "zoombombing", how did they not think of this?[/quote]

The easy explanation for this is that FCPS would handle the logins in your setup and they don't have the network capacity for that.  But this is really a vendor problem and Blackboard needs to fix it.  They have touted their distance learning capabilities.  So they need to provide it.  They told Brabrand, per his email, that they will.  [/quote]
