If that happens, she needs to chip in a portion of the insurance if it increases costs. However, she need to make a divorce plan. She expects everything from him and is going to end up spending a fortune on attorneys and not get much as she's asking for things from post separation. Even if a judge wants to order it, post divorce she cannot be on his insurance. She has to get her own insurance. He can only cover the kid.[/quote]
