[/quote] Marijuana has de facto been legal in DC for 30 years - during the crack epidemic MPD decided it had more important things to do than worry about Marijuana and stopped pursuing marijuana possession cases. Having said that it is only legal in DC to consume Marijuana on private property so if Wilson and GDS kids are getting high in public around their schools that is still illegal. And the law only allows individuals to posses small amounts of Marijuana so in theory a dealer with a large stash can still be arrested.[/quote]
