But if you’re not, you really have to think about what you want, how to get there, and what sacrifices you really need to make. A lot of women at the firms I have been at seem to give biglaw their everything even though they know they are going to quit in a couple years. That kind of perfectionism is not your friend. Do the minimum if you know you’re going to leave in the near future. And make sure you are saving time to network and strategize. [/quote]
