I think we do have to cut the fluff and focus on core academics and seats for students. It is not sexy. We also need to eliminate the options programs. It's a distraction to staff, administratively burdensome, "unfair" meaning the option is offered to fewer than the 10% who get offered it. It's expensive too. Bussing alone is ridiculous. [/quote]
