At Notre Dame, you do not apply to the Engineering School or any other school besides the Mendoza School of Business. And even then, you apply for "approval" at Mendoza. You can not get approval, but still be accepted to ND. It is very flexible. My son applied as a math major and was accepted, but he could easily move to engineering or any other major other than business. Even then, if he really wanted business, he could apply and see if he is accepted.[/quote]
