Christ welcomed sinners but called them to repent. Biden is unrepentant and in a public forum. It was not the priest who politicized anything. Biden politicized his religious observance himself. As for the Church being "injected" into politics, once again it was Biden who knowingly approached the Eucharist while objectively indisposed to receive it.

As for losing members, parishes, dioceses and denominations that are faithful to tradition seem to be growing. Others, not so much. The Church is charged to announce the Gospel, not pander to those not interested in hearing it. The collapse of mainline Protestantism is an object lesson in the consequences of a religious observance driven by secular concerns. [/quote]

We do believe in the teachings of Jesus we just don’t agree with all the ridiculous changes that some of the Vatican is made that were completely against  Jesus‘s teachings .

“The one who hears you hears me, and the one who rejects you rejects me, and the one who rejects me rejects him who sent me.” Luke 10:16 ( he says this to the Apostles. The Bishops and priests of the Church are the successors of the Apostles. If you don’t submit to the Church, you will be damned)

So again, stop selectively quoting Jesus to make it seem like he never condemned anyone. He cond3mned public sin. If you don’t agree with his Apostles, then leave.
