So you make a toilet stall unusable until the cleaning staff come and then you create unsanitary conditions for the cleaning staff to deal with because that‘s their “station in life?”

I made a comment upthread that people who do this stuff in bathrooms are angry and passive aggressive. You couldn’t have proven the point any better.

If I were an HR manager and could track this problem, I would consider treating your coworkers and custodial staff this way to be a fireable offense.[/quote]
