I want one simply because I see people who think they should be in charge of my life telling me I can't have one.

Our family already owns a few guns already. I have a .22 rifle my Dad bought me for learning to shoot in the Boy Scouts, plus a 6 shot revolver I bought when I moved here. My wife has a revolver given to her by her mother when she went to college.

We've decided we want an AR15. Why is none of your business, and I don't need your permission. It's a right. Just like abortion. Don't like abortion? Don't have one. But *you* don't get to go tell my wife *she* can't have one. Same goes for guns. Don't like AR15? Don't own one. But you don't get to tell us we can't either. [/quote]
