Unfortunately, men of all races are capable of rape.  Depending on your community, the rapist may be White/Black/Asian/Latino.

I too am sorry for what you went through.  Rape is a horrible crime and should be punished harshly.   But the issue here is the fact that these rapes are discretionary—by not enforcing immigration laws, there are women who are experiencing what you did in a way that could have readily been prevented, and I submit should have prevented.[/quote]
