And plenty of low-performing schools have a majority of IB students -- Whittier 63%; Ballou - 72% IB; Roosevelt 62% -- not to mention several charters, with no boundary and admissions by lottery outperform some of the majority IB DCPS schools (the ones in the Wilson pattern, since I assume that's what you were referring to).
