That video is so ridiculous.  It's so clearly staged. Austen is a terrible TERRIBLE actor.  Ugh. He's so milquetoast. I try not to get too worked up over any of these clowns but seriously, he annoys the hell out of me, the way he tries to sell his bland-ness as though it's interesting. Blech.
