The lot size (6000 square feet) is staying the same, the setbacks are staying the same, the building heights are staying the same, the coverage is staying the same... I will note that much of the area zoned for R60 is inside the Beltway in Bethesda and close-in Silver Spring, which is exactly where there should be more housing added. [/quote] No, most of the houses inside the Beltway of Bethesda and Silver Spring have very small lots so everybody is already living densely. Where do you live? Wherever you live, that's where I think more housing should be added.[/quote]
