We don't control other governments.  We do, however, have a say in what our government should or should not do.

I'm not sure. That's why I'm wondering both what they are doing personally (this has been discussed at length/doesnt sound like much if anything) or asking Congress to legislate, specifically. I am sure they are burning up the phone lines and would like the know what the script is. Theres usually a script
