No, the problem is that people don't know what the laws are for bicyclists. You're complaining about legal behavior that the law explicitly provides for. For example, bicyclists are allowed to ride in the middle of the lane - like drivers. And bicyclists are also allowed to use crosswalks and pedestrian signals - like pedestrians. [/quote]
