Spend time with your child who is clearly hurting. Don't push her to talk about it. Be there with her. She is unhappy and you are worried about all the wrong things. I have a feeling that your expectations are out of whack and that you are going to do this day with her and then when she has another bad day in the future you will blame it on her and say that getting a day with you did not help at all. You really need support from your therapist or another therapist who can help you with parenting a child who is unhappy and has mental health problems. [/quote]
