Before any set up starts![/quote] The first PPs attitude is why I wouldn’t do it. The type of person who makes a huge ask like this will also try to minimize the work that goes into it. At least acknowledge the amount of work you’re asking of people. Then I might say yes. OP said the venues are 45 minutes away. That means it’s easily going to take all day. Just loading all that stuff on and off the cars will easily take an hour at each site. Plus all driving between venues and back home. Then another hour at least to set up. Realistically, when you’re traveling this far with children, time is too precious to waste on stupid stuff like this. Call the SIL, tell her you want to give her a wedding present, and pay for the vendors to set up all that crap. You’re already paying thousands for this trip - a few extra hundred is worth it to gracefully get out of moving furniture. [/quote]
