We ended up calling my older son’s preschool teacher who we found out lived on our street. It was stressful though. Worse case, DH was prepared to take DC1 with us and hand him off to his parents who were a couple hours away. DC2 came fast, so he would have missed the birth in that case, but it would have been okay.[/quote]
