WS VA DA will break away from WS and be rebranded as Metro United.  Still using fields and infrastructure of GFR but with current WS coaches and technical support.  Haters will say it's now GFR Elite (and GFR indeed is not elite) but unless they get all new players who all come from GFR, that's a silly argument.  Doesn't mean it's a great place to play, but it IS not in Springfield.[/quote]

Metro United is not an independent club. If they are, name the owner, BOD, etc. Are they a privately owned for profit club? A nonprofit club?  Tell us. We would like to know. [/quote]
