Marital property settlement agreement that gave husband 94% of marital assets was not unconscionable; husband and wife discussed agreement prior to husband having attorney draft agreement, wife read agreement, husband advised wife to consult with attorney but wife refused to do so, wife was not forced to sign agreement, and there was no showing of overreaching or oppressive behavior by husband. ?Galloway v.
