To be clear, I dislike them immensely. But, not illegal.

No, all should be held to the same standard.  I know a doctor who did something just as bad, if not worse, reported it, and not held accountable as everyone covered for her.  People do it because throughout history most are not held accountable and no consequences and in all reality this will be another slap on the wrist until the next scandal that gets ignored.[/quote]
