[/quote] No, I had a veterbral dissection which caused the stroke. The dissection is typically caused by an injury, high blood pressure, genetic conditions, etc but again, I had none of the indicators. It was a total horrible fluke. [/quote] Our good friend had a stroke at 40. He has a pfo (which a ton of people have). It increases your risk of blood clot/stroke. [/quote]
