First, Eurpope is a continent. Which country to you speak of? I'm Swedish and I'd say we are fanatical about working out, i also lived in Germany for a few years, and eveyrone was working out. Gyms are VERY popular in Northern Europe. Especially Crossfit. Swedes LOVE weightlifting! You really need to visit more places than wherever it has that you have been.
