[/quote] If she proves paternity, of course he would have to pay child support and if he has a child under 18 when he dies, there might be rules for making claims against his estate if she's not left an inheritance as a minor. You shouldn't rely on advice you get on this forum (including mine). I'd discreetly get a hair sample and do a DNA test if they have ones you can buy, do everything yourself, and never tell a soul.
