With VDA and BRYC also now posting ID sessions on their websites, does anyone know when Loudoun, McLean and BSC will post ID sessions?  It would seem to be in their interest to do so sooner rather than later, as girls will have committed to Arlington, FCV, VDA and BRYC before those other clubs have even hosted their sessions.  Or am I missing something?

I get that, if someone is switching clubs, then they would likely already have attended several practice with the other club and may already have received an offer.  However, it seems that some girls' hands will be forced, if one club has a much earlier ID session than another.  If that is the case, then it would seem to be in the best interest of a club to have their ID sessions in Jan and Feb., as opposed to waiting until April or May, for example.[/quote]

ID sessions are permitted, but current ECNL players can't attend another ECNL club's session until after May 1.[/quote]

They can go to ID sessions since they aren’t ECNL players yet. The only situation I would think would be an issue is if the U12 player is rostered to a current U13 ECNL team because she is playing up, or has an ECNL card to play up occasionally. A U12 player in an ECNL club is free to go to sessions now if they only have a US Club or VYSA card. [/quote]
