Yes it is for next year, which begs the ? why are U12/2008s included when it was stated that is abolishing DA for U12 next year...and U13 the following year?

Feel free to read that how you want. They implemented the standards they wanted and now are backing off direct programming. Most likely they will do the same with U-13 in order to focus on direct programming for U-14 to U-19 teams.

Given that the U-20s and U-17s did not advance in FIFA World Cup play it makes sense to focus more resources at the older girls.[/quote]
