I feel like I'm talking to my three year old: "X, do you see that I'm talking to another teacher right now?  Please have a seat and talk to me when I'm finished." OT, but I hate the expression "nipped in the bud" with respect to children's behavior.  That's just not how it works.  I've been telling my kid not to interrupt since she was old enough to talk.  She still does it sometimes.  So do many adults!  There's no magic formula for this stuff.  So much of it is repetition, and I'm talking for years, not for days or even weeks.  [/quote]
