OP. First, how old is your DD?  Second girls usually run colder than boys.   Most middle school boys have raging hormones are going through puberty. This makes them extremely hot. So yes, it will be normal for you to see middle school boys in shorts and a sweat jacket in the middle of winter going to school. Honestly, mind your own business, and take care of your own kid. Stop  passing judgment on other people’s kids when you have no idea.
