This is like the picky eater thread. Some kids have serious sensory issues and are truly picky eaters with little control over it. I don't think there are that many older kids that are happy to be still wearing a pull-up.  For my kid it meant no sleepovers or over night camp as he got older.  It is not like oh if I refuse chicken I get pizza![/quote]
