What I found was, when I first went on the dating sites, I was bombarded with matches.  Close to overwhelming.  But, these were people that had been on for a while and saw some one new.  Fresh meat.

After a few weeks it calms down -- matches are limited to new/updated people.

As for the sex thing, while DD was at camp, I did date a bit, basically then just wanting to get laid (that is when I started on line).  People that will hookup on the first date are more likely to be disappointed when I can not get it up after I am done.  I have other ways to work magic, but he is done.  [/quote]
