They won't expand the program permanently unless they are given the resources to expand the program permanently. That's a budget issue, and not likely to occur. What they are more likely to do going forward is tighten up the standards and clear up any existing grey areas in the selection process to stymie any squeaky-wheel waitlist parents in the future.[/quote]
