If this were really kids living w/ their grandmas even 25% of the time b/c mom/dad are housing insecure or the quarters are too crammed or someone has a substance issue or there is DV in the home... Then I'm totally fine w/ them using DCPS schools and not having to officially give grandma guardianship or prove that the kids lives there. When these are middle class families where 1 of the parents works for DC gov't and they live in PG b/c it's cheaper and the housing is roomier? Not OK. I can't afford to live in the school district I'd most like to either.[/quote]
