Of course, B-CC is part of the solution. B-CC will again be over capacity by the time Woodward opens and its boundary is adjacent to Woodward like Einstein and WJ. It makes the most sense.

A lot of these problems stem from the fact that Blair was originally inside the beltway, but when it was relocated from downtown silver spring its boundaries remained the same. In fact, people who live across the street from Blair are zoned for Northwood. The only other nearby HS that services residents inside the beltway is B-CC which happens to be adjacent to Woodward. Hard to imagine B-CC isn't part of the solution.[/quote]

Woodward will help address overcrowding at WJ and Einstein but it's hard to imagine that B-CC which will also be overcrowded by 2022 and shares a boundary with both Woodward and Blair won't be part of that solution.[/quote]
