Teachers are asked to take on a lot of toxic emotional baggage of students. Sometimes we can manage it. Sometimes we can't. Sometimes I wonder if my 30 minute morning meeting is worth more or extra intervention time for struggling students? We struggle with these things everyday and admin just breathes fire because scores are too low. [/quote]
