Not PP but parent at RCES, I have heard this from parents. You can look at both schools service maps and see that the county busses kids some almost 20 min away to make there more FARMs at the schools. Otherwise, FARMs rates would be negligible.

RCES was originally built to serve the then newly built Kentlands. Including Lakelands makes sense, but people are discussing the reasons behind bussing kids in from Governor Square Apts, despite RCES being several miles from that apt complex.[/quote]
