I'm sure he had his share of faults when it comes to his finances, but doesn't anyone think it's odd for TMG to stay on with him knowing that he has serious financial issue and that he could become broke soon and not get paid for their services? It was also weird that they did not file his taxes while they were able to get signatures for whatever expenses they need to get paid. Depp is not a financial person and it seems like he is not able to keep track of his dealings, and I'd think this is why he hired TMG to make sure someone is staying on top of these things for him, no?
This is what I was thinking. Yes, he's spending a lot of money, but he aalso made a lot of money. The late filings, the wonky loan, some of the other stuff - it just seems like TMG was taking advantage and they should be held accountable for that.
Exactly. A company would not have stayed that long if they knew he was bankrupt at the beginning and does not listen to them given a year's cycle. I think there's more to this than TMG is telling. The part where Depp says they only give him the signature portion could possibly be true, yes it is stupid of him to trust that way but it doesn't seem like TMG was acting in good intentions as well.
He was blowing 30K a month on alcohol - that's crazy, that's excessive, that's beyond gluttonous. And he is shocked, SHOCKED that his money ran out. Ugh, save the acting for the movies Depp.
yes, but if you make millions.....millions.... 30k isn't that much. Compare that to the kardasians. They spend on private jets (more than one), and other gluttonous things (doesn't kylie have a handbag collection in excess of a million dollars?) and they aren't going broke. That's because compared to what they bring in, it's reasonable. I think the same thing with Depp. You have to put it into perspective of what he earns.
I wouldn't be too sure about the Kardashians. It wouldn't surprise me if they end up broke in 10 years, once they are too old for anyone to care about them.
