The difference is that #initiative77 will ELIMINATE the tip credit, leaving us all to scrape by on solely $15/hour. With tips, we, on average, make a HELL OF A LOT MORE than $15/hour.

If you think people are still gonna tip ON TOP of the 30% +++++ higher menu prices that will be implemented to cover a 200% +++ higher labor cost, think again. Just look at how people lost their sh*t on Starbucks last week when they raise the price of coffee by 20 CENTS. 20 F*****G CENTS and people lost it. Imagine how our tips and businesses will suffer under the guaranteed increase in menu prices across the board.

Having a tip credit system allows ME to make good money and YOU, the consumer, to enjoy such popular things like HAPPY HOUR AND BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH.  Those things are just an example of the many things that will be lost under #initiative77.
