I heard it directly from the horse's mouth (Tom) that in fact they will be utilizing "team managers" next year for each of the teams as Denise (in the front office) was too overwhelmed.  As to who will be team managers he did not say, but in order to keep costs down and not over leverage existing WS staff, I would assume he would turn to parent volunteers to fill the roles.[/quote]

This question was asked at the beginning of the season by some eager mom ready to get pole position for the popularity contest to be Team Manager at a WS team meeting for a MD team, and Denise Reddy all but laughed and said we don't do that here.  She's gone now.  Maybe coaches are sick of parent emails and want a buffer.[/quote]
