I heard it directly from the horse's mouth (Tom) that in fact they will be utilizing "team managers" next year for each of the teams as Denise (in the front office) was too overwhelmed.  As to who will be team managers he did not say, but in order to keep costs down and not over leverage existing WS staff, I would assume he would turn to parent volunteers to fill the roles.[/quote]

Too bad.  One thing I really liked about WS was lack of parental influence and favoritism based on who filtered communication with the coach.  Hate that BS.[/quote]
