Around the time they were married she said they would be pursuing IVF, so if this is an IVF pregnancy, regardless of whether it is her egg or someone else’s, they likely would have done PGS to test the embryo for genetic issues. Even if it is a natural pregnancy, she has likely done testing. I had two pregnancies in my 40s, lots of tests, and two healthy babies. [Yes, I know 40s isn’t 54][/quote]
