Hey Sarah, OP here! Congrats on your weight loss! I totally agree with you about eating better with IP. I was telling my husband last night that no matter what, I realize that my main diet is trash. Period. I was not eating enough vegetables, quality carbs or quality protein. This has definitely been an eye opener, and bonus that I'm feeling so much better. Though I don't think I'm ever going to make cauliflower and broccoli work for me, no matter how hard I try. They are two of my favorite veggies but they affect me worse than eating a tub of ice cream, I just can't handle them. Maybe 1 cup at the most. 2 cups, no way! I "cheated" and got on my home scale this morning and was down 4 pounds! So I don't know if my diet adjustments that I worked into my plan did the trick, or if it was really just monthly cycle stuff. Either way, I'm thrilled and it was the kind of number I have been hoping for. I picked up Apple Cinnamon soy puffs and those are SO good. I use a little Hood's Calorie Countdown milk in it and it's just like eating Apple Jacks. I don't drink the milk, I just feel like they taste better cereal style than dry. I also really enjoy the strawberry wafers. Tomorrow when I go in for my weigh in, I'm going to pick up a box of the brownies. For some reason, the Dorados make me sick. They are sooo good and would go well with so many meals, but I just cannot eat them. Bummer.
Hi OP, Ohhh thanks for the recs! Do you know if the strawberry wafers you like are the new unrestricted ones? I've tried the lemon ones and they're okay, but I haven't tried any others. Congrats on the -4lbs!! Keep it up!
