UChicago has always been excellent, from an academic standpoint. You just didn't like it when it was also known for being quirky and eschewing things that universities usually use to attract students, like Division I athletics. Also, you're not using acronyms properly. UC normally means University of California schools. The abbreviation for the University of Chicago is UChicago or U of C. No one calls it UC. [/quote]
