I guess I'm the biggest a-hole here because I would have called police the first night they showed up. But then, if I parked/lived in a vehicle in front of someone's home I wouldn't be littering and would have a potty plan that includes an actual toilet, so I don't have much sympathy for someone causing this damage/mess/smell. I don't believe for a second that the posters here would let this happen in front of their homes- and you, OP, what is your deal? Why is this only a problem now? What neighbourhood do you live in that you and your neighbours have all looked the other way for so long and you are all equally...erm... 'open-minded'? -apparent hypocrite liberal in CCDC whose neighbourhood would have donated clothes, had the fundraiser, called the police and given a new RV to these people and sent them on their damn way.
Me too pp. I would have called police the first night. They need to move to an area not in front of someones house. Walmart allows people to park their vehicles there overnight for free. No one in their right mind would let this happen in front of their house, or on their street. Good luck trying to sell a home in OP's neighborhood. I would call police and code enforcement to see what could be done.
