I agree with this rule 90% of the time but when I'm doing 70mph in a 55 mph zone and some ya hoo comes flying up fast doing 80mph I don't move over immediately because they often cut around me as I'm safely moving to the left. I am 100% behind this rule but don't think people doing 20+ mph over the speed limit should treat it as an excuse to be an a$$hole about getting over
Uh...you're just as guilty as the one lingering in the left lane. Tickets for both of you!
NP. I don't enable people doing 75+mph either. They are just going to kill themselves or god forbid others
So you’re a vigilante enforcer, going 55 mph in the left lane, huh? Hope you get ticketed for your dangerous driving.
Nope. I usually do about 70. And when someone faster comes along I move to the right as soon as it is safe to do so. Often the traffic to the right is going slower which is why I'm not weaving left to right (but remain in the left lane until I need to yield the way to someone faster). But I don't freak out when some wreckless a$$ comes flying up at 80mph and rides 1 foot from my bump while I signal to move over. Since we are BOTH breaking the law by speeding in this example, there's no justification for riding peoples bumper at 70mph. Just my opinion, I dont expect everyone to like it
