[/quote] Yes it is. Sela almost closed several times. They're fully enrolled for ECE mainly because it's become very difficult to get into ECE programs that aren't in Ward 7 or 8. Hardly anybody stays at Sela to the upper grades.[/quote] You may need to catch up. Their 2018 enrollment is below and they accepted no new students for 3rd or 4th.
