Old boomers don't eat out, except maybe out of a straw.
The enrollments at both McLean HS and Marshall HS are the highest they’ve been in at least 25 years.
What does Marshall HS enrollment have to do with restaurants in McLean?
McLean feeds into three high schools: Langley, McLean, and Marshall. Two of them have the highest enrollments they’ve seen in decades, which contradicts the suggestion McLean is only “aging boomers.”
I think only Pimmit Hills goes to Marshall - and it doesn't count as McLean.
Some of the areas across from Pimmit Hills on the other side of Magarity are in McLean and zoned for Marshall - no detached houses, just townhouses, condos and apartments.
Yep, other side of Magarity, is zipcode 22102 including the Safeway shopping center. All are apartments and multifamily. They are zoned for Marshall.
There are some pockets with single-family houses too. We used to live in one, and it was zoned for Marshall.
